Hi, I'm Amy and first of all, congratulations on taking the first step.

I'm curious about what brought you here, what you're thinking and how you're feeling. I want to get to know you, understand your story and learn where you want to go.

I think getting to the root cause of your struggles helps you heal old wounds, break negative cycles, realize your potential, improve your self-talk and get on the path you deserve. I’ll help you gain understanding and take steps towards change through various approaches and exercises…not just talk therapy.

I believe the way we think, feel and behave are interrelated and often times are rooted in past events and relationships. The sum of our experiences and relationships can create negative thinking and beliefs that impacts our connections, feelings and actions.

Through integrative approaches and therapies including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, and skill- and strength-building, my goal is to help every client lead a more fulfilling life.

I'm a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and a Certified Family Trauma Professional.
